We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete all necessary paperwork. A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. For any service of 2 hours or more, please have your credit card number available to hold your scheduled appointment time.

We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations. If you must cancel or reschedule, please give atleast 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of service. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent - serving for our established and future clientele. Return PolicyOur Return Policy allows you up to 7 days from the purchase date to exchange a product you may be dissatisfied with. There will be absolutely no exchange after the seven day period. (This excludes all makeup products. No exchanges will be able to be made). Due to the re-stocking fee, only 70% of the product will be refunded.
